Shoot. Move. Communicate.
Boom Boom
Field Artillery Cadence
Happy Friday, everyone.
If March had a theme, I'd have to borrow from my Army days — back when I served as a Fire Direction Chief in Field Artillery.
Shoot. Move. Communicate.
That's exactly what this month felt like — a campaign of execution, connection, and momentum.

📍 The Mission: Movement & Milestones
In just 14 days of travel, I covered 3 states, 4 cities, and made every stop count.
From RETCON to IVMF’s Veterans EDGE, to a regional multifamily fly-in, the mission was clear:
Build. Connect. Deliver.
And we did just that:
✅ 3 new multifamily accounts
✅ 1 new retail client (Welcome to the family, Prada)
✅ 3 resident events
✅ 2 additional resident experiences
✅ 1 special client moment (👀 we’ll save that story for later)
✅ ...and yes — we still found time to build a few AI projects behind the scenes
🤔 So, how did I pull it off?
Simple answer: I didn’t.
None of this happens without the right movement and communication behind the scenes.

💼 Meet the Team Behind the Momentum
🚀 Ms. Simon – the rock behind all things operations at 360clean
🚀 Machu – the quiet force behind scheduling and back-office coordination
🚀 And of course, my superstar employees – who show up every day, deliver, and represent the brand with pride
This team keeps things moving whether I’m in the air, on the ground, or in the room — and I’m deeply grateful for that.

🏙 Closing March on a High Note
I ended the month on a rooftop at the Atlanta Airport Chamber of Commerce, surrounded by entrepreneurs and professionals who are truly in the arena — doing the hard work, making things happen, and moving the needle forward.
It was the perfect ending to a month filled with movement, milestones, and momentum.
Did everything go smoothly? Of course not.
But we roll with the punches, roll up our sleeves, and get it done.
That’s the tax. You pay it — and you don’t cry about it.
It could be worse... it can always be worse.

My mom and brothers Alfred & Jason Hendricks

One of my oldest military friends and supporter, Herbert Smith with QRP Home Services
The Supporter (Mom)
Gave me "crazy confidence"
Bought anything I sold, even when she didn't need it
Knew me better than I knew myself
5. The Connector (Like Yancy)
Brings resources to your vision
Links ideas with opportunities
Helps scale your impact
🙌 Gratitude + Grit = Growth
As always, I’m grateful for every opportunity — and even more grateful for the people who help bring these moments to life.
Shoot. Move. Communicate.
That’s what March was all about — and it’s how we’re charging into Q2.
Big things ahead in April — stay tuned.
Until then, enjoy your weekend and keep executing with purpose.
